Before we touch the wood, we find your fit. Step into the Swing Lab to determine your ideal:

• Bat Model & Profile (Balanced vs. End-loaded)
• Length & Weight (To the exact ounce)
• Wood Species (Maple or Ash)

2. Selecting Your Wood

Not all timber is created equal. You will learn how to identify professional-grade billets by inspecting grain straightness and growth rings, etc.

3. Precision Turning

Watch your specifications come to life. We enter your custom measurements into our state-of-the-art CNC lathe, which precision-cuts the initial shape of your bat from the raw billet.

4. Hand-Finished Craftsmanship

This is where the fine-tuning happens. Under expert guidance, you’ll move on to a manual lathe:

• Sand the surface to a glass-smooth finish.
• Detail the transition from handle to barrel for a perfect grip.
• Cup the end to shave off weight and optimize balance.

5. Professional Customization

Make it one-of-a-kind. Choose your aesthetic with a full suite of pro options (some custom finish options will be ready in 7-10 days):

• Colors & Stains: From classic natural to bold two-tone finishes. (custom paint performed by three brothers staff. Processing time is 7-10 days)
• Branding: Pick your preferred logo color scheme
• Engraving: Laser-etch your name, number, or a personal mantra into the barrel.
