Shipping policy

• Handling: Handling time for player series bats is 7 business days and 14 business days for pro series/custom bats. Handling time may vary by season.

 

• Tracking: Once your order has been handed off to the selected carrier, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and the name of the specific carrier used.

 

• Shipping Rates:  We Utilize FedEx, USPS, and UPS for every order based of buyer's specific geographic location at the time of shipment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the bat and the destination address.
